Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds are available for any reason, including if you changed your mind or the product did not meet your expectations.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order lookup, or contact us directly at support@maurinuss.com with your order details. We will respond as quickly as possible.

Refund process

Once your request is approved, Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Digital product access

After a refund is issued, your licence to access and download the digital product is revoked. Please delete any copies you have made.
